People I’ve Worked With

“I worked with Amy Radin when I was Co-Chair and CEO of Citigroup’s Global Consumer Group. Amy held two significant roles during that period.

In US Cards—a business that represented close to 25% of Citi’s earnings—she led the transformation to digital: shifting new account acquisition, servicing, payments, and collections to online channels in an organization whose track record made the case for change a difficult one to make internally. She built the team, secured the alignment, and executed.

She then originated the role of Chief Innovation Officer for the Global Consumer Group, where her team took on a broad innovation agenda. Among the work that stands out: two programs where her team drove payments innovation in two major markets: a pilot of RFID-based payments into the New York MTA—the world’s largest transit system, now deployed at full scale—and a digital banking initiative in Singapore, where she led strategy for a first-of-its-kind digital banking presence in a major metro station serving a market where more than half the population rides daily. Both required coordinating across public-sector partners, technology firms, and design partners simultaneously.

I would strongly endorse Amy for any organization that needs to build the capabilities to make consequential change happen.”

— Steve Freiberg, Board Vice Chairman SoFi Technologies Inc, Board Chair SoFi Bank, former CEO ETrade, former Board Member Mastercard and former Co-Chair and CEO Citigroup’s Global Consumer Group.

“Running a firm with McKissack & McKissack’s history and growth ambitions means you’re constantly navigating change — in the market, in the industry, in your own organization.

I invited Amy Radin onto our advisory board because of her marketing expertise. What I’ve gained is something harder to describe and more valuable: a trusted advisor who’s led change at serious scale, understands what it actually takes to build the capability to execute, and brings that perspective to our table with honesty and commitment. Ten-plus years in, she’s as engaged as day one. That’s not common, and I don’t take it for granted.”

— Deryl McKissack, Founder & CEO, McKissack & McKissack

“Amy shared how she redesigned her workflows using AI, not as a shortcut, but as a way to make her best thinking travel further. What struck me was the rigor underneath it: the brand standards, the project architecture, the discipline around voice, judgment, and strategic intent.

What made the conversation especially compelling was that Amy focused on AI not as a tool for efficiency, but to create greater value, creating more opportunities for higher-level thinking, sharper insights, and stronger strategic counsel. The technology amplified the expertise; it didn’t replace it. For a firm like RF Binder, where our value lies in the quality of the advice we give leading brands and corporations, the conversation reinforced my belief that AI can extend and facilitate what our team does best. At a time when businesses are navigating constant change, accelerated decision-making, and an unprecedented pace of information flow, strong leadership, sound judgment, and trusted counsel are more important than ever.”

“There are people you meet in your career who leave a mark not just on your professional trajectory, but on who you become as a leader. Amy Radin is one of those people.

“What makes Amy exceptional is the combination of qualities that so rarely coexist in one leader. She is a true visionary—someone who sees around corners, connects dots others miss, and brings a clarity of thinking that elevates every room she is in. Her strategic instincts are as sharp as anyone I have encountered, and yet she carries them with a combination of directness, kindness, and humility that makes people want to follow her.

“Last year, I had the pleasure of bringing Amy in as the keynote speaker for the inaugural Zelle Marketing Forum—and she was everything I knew she would be: engaging, insightful, and deeply connected to her audience of senior bank executives. She didn’t just deliver a talk; she set a tone for the entire event.

“For any company fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with her as an advisor, know this: you are not just getting a brilliant strategic mind. You are getting someone who will challenge your thinking with grace, invest in your leadership, and bring a level of integrity and care about your future that is simply rare.”

— Jason Goldberg, Chief Client Officer, I2c Inc.

“I've had the pleasure of working with Amy Radin, and I can say without hesitation that she is a thoughtful, strategic leader with an exceptional ability to connect innovation, customer experience, and business results.

“Amy brings clarity to complex challenges and has a rare talent for translating emerging ideas into practical, actionable strategies.

“What sets Amy apart is her combination of intellectual rigor and warmth. She listens deeply, asks the right questions, and consistently elevates the thinking of everyone in the room. Whether advising leaders, guiding teams through change, or shaping forward-looking conversations, Amy's perspective is both grounded and inspiring.

“I highly recommend Amy to any organization or leader looking for insight, creativity, and a steady, trusted voice in times of growth and transformation.”

— Paulo Vieiradias, Director of Learning and Development at USLBM
