Spark motivation for your team
By Amy Radin
Hello,
I hope you’re enjoying the last few weeks of summer. With fall just around the corner, many of you will soon be knee deep in 2026 planning, all under increasing pressure from CFOs, boards, and investors.
Plus, you’ll need to motivate your team to deliver in a fast-changing, uncertain environment.
Every year seems to be the toughest year, and 2026 promises to be no different. To spark motivation and equip leaders with fresh ideas and action plans, I’m looking forward to rolling out workshops for companies across the country.
I’m seeing too many situations where great ideas to connect new technologies with human needs are running into obstacles that require techniques outside of the traditional rules of change management.
In my workshops, I share practical, hands-on tactics that leaders can use right away to lead change even when lacking formal authority. And the reaction I get as I share these with students and clients is, “wow, this is so helpful.” Together, we explore how to:
- Navigate resistance and come out on the other side with great ideas intact
- Build and activate the networks of support you need to build momentum for change to take hold
- Energize support for innovation investment in your organization’s planning conversations so you get the resources you need for upcoming pilots and partnerships
What gives me the greatest satisfaction is seeing how my engagements, whether keynotes, workshops, or advisory roles, help change leaders break through using the tools and frameworks I teach. Get a peek inside some of these sessions at the reel below.
My fall speaking and workshop schedule is quickly filling up. If you’re looking for fresh ideas and practical approaches to gain momentum for change in your business, please reach out.
Warm regards,
