My 2024 highlights
By Amy Radin
Hello,
As 2024 draws to a close, it’s the perfect moment to take stock of the progress we’ve made — progress driven by purpose, not just motion. In an era where thriving means adapting with intention, I’m especially proud of the meaningful ways I’ve been able to support others in navigating change aligned with Industry 5.0 principles.
Here are some highlights that demonstrate how we’ve made an impact together:
- Empowering future leaders: Teaching strategic advocacy to executives in Columbia’s Technology Management MS program and celebrating the early successes of recent students.
- Shaping global financial innovation: Advising financial leaders across North America and the world through Mastercard’s Digital Safari program, fostering collaboration and fresh perspectives.
- Sharing actionable insights: Contributing thought leadership grounded in real-world practice to platforms like Fast Company and Financial Brand, and to my LinkedIn network.
- Driving bold transformations: Advising groundbreaking organizations across the country as they redefine what’s possible.
- Marking a personal milestone: Celebrating 10 years since stepping out of the corporate world to launch a business dedicated to helping founders and executives achieve ambitious transformation goals.
Every day, I have the privilege of working alongside leaders from diverse industries who are redefining what it means to lead change today—leveraging the right tools, adopting new mindsets, and preparing for the future while addressing current realities. These experiences make the work not only meaningful but truly energizing.
As we head into 2025, I’m filled with gratitude for the opportunities to help others create the kind of purposeful change that leads to enduring success.

3 Ways to Meet Consumer Demands in Financial Services
I recently met up with colleague, friend, and payments industry executive Jason Goldberg and asked him to share what financial service leaders are prioritizing to keep pace with consumer demands. In my latest video, he shared the following priorities:
1. AI-driven operational efficiencies
2. New distribution channels and marketplaces
3. Alternative lending products as cards lose favor to innovations such as Buy Now Pay LaterInterested in learning more? Tune into our video.
Actionable Tips for Leading Change
As companies gear up for 2025 and set their sights on how to advance their next set of transformation priorities and keep pace with customers, technology and the market, I am pleased to help guide their way with my recommendations and insights.
At the CBRE Women’s Network, I participated in a fireside chat in conversation with Marketing Executive Michelle Crecca focused on leading change and being an advocate for introducing new technologies, marketing practices and ways of working in a complex, global business, including these four:
1. Start by finding that small group of active supporters who share your passion for and believe in your vision of tomorrow. These early adopters of the change you want to achieve will help trigger momentum.
2. Words matter. Go with “Version 1.0” for that first test of a new tech application or user experience design, instead of “Pilot.” With the former, people will imagine a Version 2, while with a pilot, they might not.
3. Be sure to elicit introverts’ voices — and don’t let them get overshadowed by the few who may dominate important discussions. 4. Seek out people in your network who are excited and knowledgeable about the work you’re doing. They will lift you up when resistance is high and help you solve problems when you feel stuck.
As 2025 unfolds, what are the changes that you’d like to create for your customers, employees and investors? What’s stopping you — and what do you need to make the change happen? Send me a message — I’d love to explore these questions with you and help you put the strategies and levers in place to overcome resistance and create the change you want to lead your organization towards.
Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!
